Can I just say that I absolutely love this dress?!

The neckline is surrounded by gold detail.

I love the blue and gold detailing. The cuff area is one of my favorites.

Here is how the dress looks overall! As you can see, there is a gold border around the bottom and then at the cuffs. There are also gold sequins throughout the dress.
